Great for family vacations, just not cheap!
We had a spacious room with a double bed and two sofa beds, the kids were thrilled! The pool was a hit, even if it was closed for maintenance most of our stay, the atmosphere was still nice and relaxing.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but it felt acceptable for what we got.

We had a great time at the hotel, especially enjoying the relaxing indoor swimming pool and sauna after a day out. The facilities were clean and just what we needed, though the coffee offered in the room left a lot to be desired. I recommend bringing your own coffee, but overall, we can't wait to return! 😊

Had a great time with friends exploring Kew Gardens and Richmond. The hotel was super clean, and the staff were really friendly. We appreciated the comfy mattress for a good night's rest after long days. Perfect location to explore these beautiful areas!
The swimming pool's hours were a bummer for us. it closed early and the kids couldn't enjoy it.

missingWrote a review on 01 Septshower design
The shower design leaves a lot to be desired, as the glass wall provides no privacy unless you activate the opaque button—definitely not ideal for families with kids around. It's somewhat isolated from central attractions, requiring about an hour to reach central London during peak times, which can be quite a hassle. The breakfast lacks variety for its price point, and the sauna is more like a warm room than a proper sauna experience.

hotel was super clean n staff was real friendly. cozy bar area n the vending machine was helpful. room was spacious with a comfy bed and a unique bathroom design. easy to get to from heathrow which was perfect for our trip. loved how quiet the room was, made for a good nights sleep.
the check-in process was kinda confusing n there was no microwave for heating baby food. also, the breakfast felt overpriced for what you get.

The hotel serves some solid grub with tasty options at the in-house restaurant—definitely had some delightful bites! Plus, the breakfast was decent enough to kickstart my day. Loved that they offered a pool to unwind after a day of exploring.
Check-in was a bit of a faff, and the staff could use a touch more warmth. would’ve been grand to know that upfront!

The hotel had a lovely ambiance and great amenities, while the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the check-in process was chaotic, and only one lift was operational, which led to long waits. Overall, a pleasant experience, but improvements are definitely needed.

Had an awesome stay with my friends! We loved visiting Kew Gardens and exploring Richmond. The breakfast was decent, but the service was great. The staff were super friendly and helped us with early check-in, which made our experience even better. Totally recommend!
One downside was the rude manager we encountered. When asking for assistance, she was dismissive and didn’t show any empathy, which was frustrating.
